Tri-Wall Pak

A Tri-Wall Pak is the ideal packing material for exports. While it may resemble ordinary cardboard, it is meticulously manufactured under strict quality control using a unique process that incorporates a specially processed, water-resistant, long-fiber liner. This makes it exceptionally reliable in terms of performance, offering excellent resistance to compression, bursting, and moisture. Tri-Wall Pak is a distinctive heavy-duty packaging solution that can serve as a viable replacement for wooden boxes in export packaging.

We manufacture pallets using wood that complies with export standards. Our Numazu Sales Office is equipped with a wood heat-treatment facility to create heat-treated pallets as needed for overseas exports.

We design and provide the most suitable pallets to meet our customers’ specific needs. From small-lot production to mass production, we carefully manage the process to fulfill requests in a short timeframe.

Warehousing

Ohmura Sogyo’s warehouses offer a wide range of services tailored to meet our customers' needs, including cargo handling, storage, inspection, logistics processing, and order picking.

Our bonded warehouses enable us to provide integrated logistics services encompassing pickup, packing, customs clearance, loading, transportation, shipping, and local transport. This facilitates the efficient development of international logistics.

Notably, our Yokohama Sales Office is one of only four designated general bonded areas in Japan. It is equipped to store import/export cargo and manage packing operations.

Additionally, Ohmura Sogyo has been certified by the Ministry of Finance as a specified bonded warehouse provider under the AEO Program, demonstrating our commitment to quality and compliance in logistics.
