The Fuji Sales Office manages the overall logistics of home appliances. Depending on the product, the office organizes pickup vehicles, packs the items for domestic or export shipment, and delivers them to the customer. For exports, products are packed according to their shape in wooden boxes, cardboard boxes, or reinforced cardboard boxes.

The entire sales office functions as a bonded warehouse, where we handle import/export customs clearance as well as the loading and unloading.

Export packing is carried out at the Gokanjima Distribution Center, which specializes in packing heavy items. In addition to home appliances, we also pack industrial machinery and machine tools. While wooden crates are primarily used for packing these items, the Center is equipped to provide steel and reinforced cardboard packaging upon request, depending on the specific characteristics of the product.

As the entire distribution center functions as a bonded warehouse, we handle customs clearance as well as the loading and unloading of cargo.

The Numazu Sales Office serves as a distribution center and is equipped with the necessary tools and vehicles for packing heavy items. It manages a diverse range of cargo, including machine tools, molding machines, molds, precision machinery, and robots.

As a bonded warehouse, the entire distribution center provides comprehensive coordination, covering everything from customs clearance to loading and shipping.

The Iwata Distribution Center has the capability to produce a variety of pallets, wooden boxes, reinforced cardboard, general cardboard, and more upon request, all with short delivery times and in small quantities.

As a bonded warehouse, it also provides packing and container loading services for cargo destined for overseas shipping.

The sales office is located within the Yokohama Port International Cargo Center, commonly referred to as the Yokohama Port Cargo Center (Y-CC). This facility is one of the largest integrated logistics complexes in Japan, situated at Daikoku Pier, and is one of the four designated general customs-bonded areas in the country.

The Daikoku Packing Center is located less than five kilometers from the Yokohama Sales Office, allowing the two locations to collaborate effectively.

The transportation department offers comprehensive services, including the handling of precision equipment, medical equipment, and facility equipment, as well as delivery to designated destinations, packing, and storage.

The Daikoku Packing Center is equipped with five-ton and fifteen-ton overhead cranes, enabling it to export and package medium-weight cargo. Additionally, the Center collaborates closely with the Yokohama Sales Office.

The Otawara Sles Office specializes in providing integrated services for medical equipment, covering everything from packing to transportation and installation at medical institutions or other designated locations. Packing is conducted according to product specifications, considering both domestic requirements and the regulations of the export destination.

Additionally, the sales office manages the handling of equipment based on product specifications and site conditions. This includes arranging vehicles and cranes, as well as utilizing specialized tools for the efficient loading, unloading, and assembly of equipment, enabling us to adapt to various conditions.
